Recommended Way to Track USPS Mail

In order to track a mailpiece, USPSĀ® recommends using Express Mail. This mail class provides delivery status information from acceptance into the mail stream through delivery and points in between. Express Mail is the only mail class that comes with automatic tracking information and can be tracked online via Track and Confirm on usps.com. In addition, you can call 1- 800-222-1811 to receive tracking information using your Express Mail label ID numbers. (Priority Mail, First Class Mail and Parcel Post cannot be tracked)

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation is used to obtain information about when your item was delivered. It does not offer a tracking service such as UPS or FedEx that lets one trace the route from the shipper to the delivery address. While this option does not provide tracking information when the item is in transit, it does provide the ability to find out when the item arrived at its destination. Delivery and/or attempted delivery information, including date and time of delivery as well as the delivery location of the item, can be accessed at USPS.com.

SHIPPING TO APO ADDRESSES
We do ship to APO addresses however the time and transit may vary. Orders that are too large or heavy for Priority Mail will have to be shipped via Parcel Post. Parcel Post may take up to 30 days for delivery.

ORDERS SHIPPED BY UPS
UPS uses tracking numbers to identify and trace every shipment as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your shipment, whether you use an online shipping system or a paper-based method (UPS Waybill, etc.). You or your customer can use this number to track, locate, and verify the arrival of your shipment, and keep track of other pertinent shipment details. If you have a tracking number, you can use it to submit a tracking request on the UPS website.

UPS automatically protects every domestic shipment against loss or damage up to a value of US $100.00.
